Land manual out SOURCE: New Vision GULU-Acholi Religious Leaders Peace Initiative, a non-governmental organisation operating in Acholi, has launched a land manual to help the community resolve land disputes. According to Hope Atim, the manual targets members on sub-county land committees, LC2 courts and traditional leaders who mediate in land conflicts.
